Long recognized for their dedication to the community's elders, Bethany Community Services, Penacook Place and the Northeast Family YMCA joined together to develop Sarah's Place. With their guidance and expertise, the nonprofit adult day health program offers a safe, nurturing environment that allows participants to obtain the daily support they require while remaining in their own homes.

Sarah's Place is committed to keeping individuals healthy, active and in the community. We cater our program to each client's unique interests and abilities.
